Chasya brings nine years of medical clinic experience to Harmony, where she focuses on helping pet patients and their people every day. From answering phones and checking patients out to providing a helping hand with tech assists, this Texas native strives to build meaningful connections with clients.
“I love client interaction. Being able to find a solution for people, connecting with our patients, reading their body language so I can advocate for them, that’s what gets me up in the morning,” says Chasya.
Prior to joining Harmony’s front desk team, Chasya spent nearly three years as an office manager at a local, front-range veterinary clinic. Prior to that, she spent six years in human medicine working reception for a variety of medical clinics from chiropractic to family medicine. She obtained her Associates in Science degree from San Jacinto College in Houston, TX.
When her Colorado-based wildlife photography internship didn’t pan out, Chasya sought out veterinary medicine as a way to meld her medical experience with her love for animals. “I was drawn to Harmony’s use of integrative medicine. Watching a patient wake up after surgery here is vastly different than at other clinics; they come out of anesthesia so peacefully that it makes my heart happy. Even if it’s a simple supplement given with a vaccine, the flow of how they practice medicine is remarkable.”
Chasya lives with her French Bulldog, Pinky. When she’s not at the clinic, she’s a self-described Texas girl at heart, enjoying four-wheeling, shooting at the range, hiking and photography.
