Hearing Katie’s welcoming voice, you instantly know why she is so good at working with clients. Whether answering phones, scheduling appointments, or checking patients in and out, Katie strives to deliver best-in-class customer service with a smile. With eight years of experience working in veterinary clinics, Katie appreciates her daily interaction with both clients and staff and plays an integral role in relaying information between teams.

Katie came to Harmony in December of 2020 from Wheatridge Animal Hospital where she worked the swing shift as a Customer Service Representative, assisting patients through health emergencies. Prior to that, she was a receptionist at Downtown Animal Care Center, a small, family-owned practice in Denver where she also gained experience in practice management.  

When she is not at work, Katie enjoys spending time outside, hiking and fly-fishing. She can also often be found binging 80’s movies with her significant other, Kyle, her stepdaughter and their senior beagle mix, Cooper.
