The Client Service Representative Department Lead (front office manager) at Harmony Veterinary Center directs plans and coordinates a variety of patient service functions that are related to the client management and the healthcare team at the Harmony Veterinary Center. These functions include, but are not limited to, reception (client and phone), maintenance of veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance and training of personnel to maintain the highest standard of client service and patient care. The Patient Services Coordinator reports directly to the Ownership/Practice Manager and works in conjunction with CVT Managing Supervisor.
