Introducing PetNurse, a New After-Hours Triage Service

By November 3, 2020 Harmony Blog

Our clients truly mean the world to us, and we know that critical pet health issues can happen outside of normal clinic hours. That’s why Harmony Veterinary Center is now offering you free, after-hours access to a veterinary telehealth triage service called PetNurse.

The PetNurse staff are all registered veterinary nurses trained by the Royal Academy of Veterinary Medicine in England. Remember, England’s daytime is our nighttime. Simply call our main number at 303-432-8551, and you’ll be automatically transferred after hours.

Here’s How it Works:

  • Call our main number, 303-432-8551, after normal business hours to connect with a Registered Veterinary Nurse trained by the Royal Academy of Veterinary Medicine in England.
  • Utilizing extensive training in Clinical Triage Protocols, the nurse will assist with any concerns or questions about your pet’s health, and provide you with clear next steps.
  • In the event of a non-urgent triage outcome, you can request an appointment with our clinic and a staff member will call you during normal business hours.
  • In the event of an emergency, you will be directed or referred to Animal Urgent Care.

We’re thrilled to offer this service as one more reflection of our commitment to enriching the lives of you and your pets.
